    One Sentence Journal

    Today I just want to share an idea with you that I found interesting and want to try to implement myself. The idea was sparked from a combination of things: a podcast about telling a better story, a book that talked about a one sentence journal, and me always looking for ways to make my journaling better and easier.     I’ve mentioned before that I started blogging as a way for me to practice writing. I know that sharing the things I’ve learned is part of my mission, and writing is one way for me to share.     30 Days of Gratitude (Free Printable)

    I love this time of year. The weather is cooling off, and we can do more things outside. Several holidays occur, and we get to spend time with family. The spirit of giving is in the air, and we often focus on the things we are grateful for. Every November the kids and I do 30 days of Gratitude. We’ve done it a little different every year.
